Appointments
Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Revolutions Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure we can look after all of our clients fairly, we kindly ask you to follow our salon policy:
Deposits
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. You’ll receive a secure payment link via text, or you may choose to pay in person at the salon.
Cancellations & Reschedules
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will simply be transferred to your next booking. Any changes to the services you are booked in for also require 24 hours’ notice.
Reminders
You will receive a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is your chance to confirm you can attend or make changes before the 24-hour cut-off.
Illness
For the health and safety of everyone in the salon, please reschedule if you are unwell. Cancellations due to illness must also be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid loss of deposit.
Late Cancellations/No Shows
We understand unexpected things happen, and we will always do our best to work with you. However, late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to fill your spot and will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Refunds
Policy
At Revolutions Hair Studio we pride ourselves on providing excellent service & customer care.
We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 5 days of your service.
If you are not satisfied with the service performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfactions by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost. This does not include change of mind.
Privacy
Policy
Revolutions Hair Studio fully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information. We will never share your private information with any individual or company.

What should I do to prepare for my tan?
Any hair removal treatments such as shaving or waxing should be performed at least 24 hours before your appointment
We recommend that you exfoliate your skin all over before the tan so that your skin is even & the tan stays longer
After showering do not apply any products on your skin such as deodorant or moisturiser
How do I maintain my tan?
When washing after your tan do not use any harsh soaps & do not scrub the skin
Moisturise after washing the tan & do not use deodorant that contains alcohol as this can remove the tan
To keep your tan lasting longer you can use a tinted moisturiser
